A Message from Suzanne Dorfman, M.Ed.
Director, Anxiety and Stress Management Center

As a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist with 20 years of experience, my focus is to enable clients to conquer their fears, achieve their individual goals, and move forward in their personal and professional lives. This begins by establishing a therapist-client relationship built on trust and respect, where compassion and understanding combines with traditional cognitive-behavioral approaches. My role is that of a partner — providing support, challenging assumptions, and providing a safe, accepting and comfortable foundation upon which life change can occur.

The first step is always the most challenging. It is my hope that your decision to take that first step will demonstrate that support and strategies are within your reach.
